[ Mama Benny ]
It´s been a bit over five years since I last saw her. Her fading figure in pictures, almost a century old. I had kept my composure until I spoke to papi and since then my eyes are red and swollen. I am not sure what is more painful, her departure or his breaking voice, or the distance, or the inability to give him a hug.Abuelitas are for spoiling kids, and mine was great at it. For that and for all the love she gave us, she will remain forever with me.
